Pastor Scrivner and Dolores Damon

Pastor Damon was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. After accepting Christ as a teenager, Scrivner went to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he received his degree in Theology and meet his wife, Dolores. After graduation they were married and were asked to be the Assistant Pastors in his home church in West Palm Beach, FL. They remained there for two years until they were called to Pastor a church in Brooksville, FL. After four years there, they felt led to birth New Life Church Assemblies of God in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Scrivner and Dolores were married in 1966 and were blessed with two children, Dina and Young Scrivner. Scrivner married Jill and they have two beautiful daughters.

Pastor Damon’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golfing. Pastor Damon and Dolores have served faithfully for many years in ministry with a passion that has never wavered. They rejoice in seeing lives changed and bodies healed by the power of God. They have witnessed many demonstrations of the gifts of the Holy Spirit that has touched all generations. Their favorite Bible verses are Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” And Proverbs 30:5 “Every Word of God is flawless; he is a shied to those who take refuge in him.”
